Atole de Arroz (Spanish rice pudding)

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, combine milk and rice. Cook 15 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Add sugar, cinnamon, and raisins. Cover and cook 15-20 minutes.
  3. Serve warm.

Serves 4-6.
