Smoking is prohibited on the School campus. Reasonably sized notices stating that smoking is prohibited by state law, and that the offense is punishable for a fine, shall be displayed in prominent places in each school building. Staff are not permitted to smoke while directly engaged in an activity with students. Penal Code 48.01
