Needed for Radio Interview: Female Student attending SCIVIS
I have been contacted by a national radio producer who is considering the SCIVIS program as part of a series on Women with Disabilities in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). They are looking for young women who are planning to attend SCIVIS this year who are seriously considering a career in one of the STEM areas listed above. They would also like to find SCIVIS alumni who are currently actively involved in STEM careers.
If SCIVIS is accepted as part of the series the radio producers will be attending SCIVIS this fall and doing some interviewing of students for their program. At this time I would appreciate anyone who would know of a young lady attending this fall who meets this criteria to contact me. Also if you are receiving this at a residential school please forward this to your science teacher, alumni president, etc. to ask them if they know of any graduates who might meet the criteria.
Thanks in advance for your assistance!

- Participatory - students participate fully (each student is screened based on their eye medical condition --limitations may be placed on some)
SCIVIS
is actually 4 separate programs.
- Space Camp
- Space Academy
- Advanced Academy focus on space travel.
- Aviation Challenge.
